| Description | This tool is an original tool, as it was used in Montblanc for repairing the 1960ies pistonfillers. The tool first pulls out the friction fit piston. it can then after service be pushed back. A third feature allows to push out the piston rod from bedind - very often, these are bent or broken and you need to insert a new one. Using the separate metal pin, you can push back the piston rod.
A super rare tool, very usefull to safely open the barrels of the 1960ies pens. Beware though - the 1970ies pistonfillers look similar in design - but the piston is not pushed into position from behind, 1970ies pistons, e.g. of model 221 - is being screwed out from the front, after removing the section. |
