1912, the Wahl Adding Machine company took over the Boston Fountain Pen co. In 1915 they took over the American subsidiary of the Eversharp Pencil Co. Wahl Eversharp was famous for their mechanical pencil as well as for their highquality pens with perfect designs. Wahl was marketleader in the fourties. Important products are the Doric, an Art Deco Design of the early thirties and the Skyline of the fourties.
