 | Pelikan Rappen bulbfiller 14 K original RAPPEN gold nib, Fine tip very flexible Rappen is a brandname owned by Guenther Wagner, as well as Pelikan and Ibis are Wagner´s brands.
The Rappen line was issued as a lower price level, below the level of the Pelikan 100 pens. Smaller nibs and a very simple filling mechanism enabled Wagner to offer this line at a rather low price.
